How to permanently remove your account and all of your data.

Option A — From inside the app (recommended)
Open the Chandrajit Suri Vani app.
Sign in if you are not already signed in.
Tap Profile in the bottom navigation.
Scroll to the Delete Account section near the bottom.
Tap Delete Account.
Re-enter your password and tap Continue.
On the final confirmation screen, tap Delete forever.
Deletion is immediate. You will be signed out and returned to the welcome screen.
Option B — By email
If you can no longer access the app (lost device, forgotten password and no recovery email), send an email to gatewaytechnolab@gmail.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request. Send it from the email address you used to register. We will action your request within 7 days and confirm by reply.
What gets deleted
Your user profile — name, email or phone number, language preference, push-notification token.
Every question you have ever submitted.
Every reply Acharyaji's team sent to you (these were only ever visible to you, not to other users).
Your sign-in record with Firebase Authentication. Once deleted, you cannot sign back in to that account.
What is retained
For fraud and abuse review, we keep an audit row containing only:
A one-way hash of your email address (cannot be reversed to your email).
The deletion timestamp.
This audit row is automatically purged after 90 days. We do not retain anything else.
What is not affected
The pravachan videos themselves are public on Acharyaji's official YouTube channel and are not affected.
Any anonymous per-video play count — this is not linked to your account.
