We aim to reply within 2–3 working days. Account-deletion requests are actioned within 7 days.

2. What to contact us about

Account help — trouble signing in, changing your name, city, or preferred language.
Technical problems — a pravachan that will not play or the App crashing.
Deleting your account — see § 4 below.

Please do not call or email spiritual questions. Questions for Pujya Acharyaji should be asked through Ask Guruji inside the App, so they reach Acharyaji's team and the reply appears privately in your own thread. Calls and emails to support are handled by the technical team only.

3. Ask Guruji (in the App)

To place a question before Pujya Acharya Chandrajit Suri Maharaj Saheb, open the App and tap Ask Guruji. Your question is visible only to you and to Acharyaji's administrators — never to other users — and the reply appears in your private thread.

4. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from inside the App: open Profile → Delete Account, confirm your password, and confirm twice. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

If you cannot access the App, contact us by email at gatewaytechnolab@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request", or call us at +91 79 2685 2554. Please use the email address or phone number tied to your account.

5. Reporting a problem with content

If you find content in the App that appears incorrect, mislabelled, or that should not be there, email or call us with the pravachan title (and the date it was published, if you have it) and we will review it.

6. Watch on YouTube

All pravachans are published on the official YouTube channel @acharyachandrajitsuri8943. The App plays videos from that channel, so anything available there is available in the App.

7. When contacting us

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please have the following ready:

The email address or phone number your account uses.
Your device and OS version (for example, iPhone 15 / iOS 18, or Samsung / Android 14).
What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see on screen.
